This started as a simple pet project to try and learn new skills and I’ve continued to add to it over time. Why Zachvs? First off, I wanted something that was easy to remember, was an available domain, and was reasonably priced. Practical aspects aside, I originally outlined my views on local restaurants in the greater Denver area, but have now expanded to not only reviewing restaurants, but providing perspectives on a variety of topics and issues. This is an online journal of sorts, focused on the below topics.
